Beautiful pic, QB!!! Checked out the recipe, too, and it sounds great....easy, and that's a big plus! It forced me to check out the lamb chops at the market today.....$17.99/lb U.S. I had to pass

Wonderful Photograph Bea, new camera or not! I have saved this recipe to my to try cookbook with the private note that this shoild be good with pork or venison!

Thx all ;) I love lamb but I don't have it often because it is so expensive and DH doesn't like it. I usually stock up when it comes on sale and freeze it in small portions.
