S & P Calamari

Post by Bergy » Sun Dec 14, 2014 8:16 pm

These are from a Canadian frozen food /meat store chain. Their products are excellent. This is new line - Salt & Pepper Calamri - They are a bit breaded and come out crisp. Excellent flavour and I like a bit of added Thai Chili Sauce. Very tender. Sorry no recipe just a photo or two

Looks good!
I have been thinking about calamari since the market has it frozen at a good price.

I bet those were! They look perfectly cooked.
It is all very tempting- I told you they had calamari rings frozen, either breaded or unbreaded, and the flyer came out today and they have fresh tubes of calamari. I could get just a few, fry them up and have a little appy without overdoing it on the fried. :)
