Lovely special touch to Brussels Sprouts. We really enjoyed them. I didn't cut them in half because these were very small sprouts. I just cut the X on the stems.

I guess it takes a tatse pallate that I do not posses to eat sprouts but you photos make them look good Bergy! Nice job!
