These are very tasty and filling. I was waddling around like a beached whale after devouring my stuffed pepper.

Wow Bea - I am so glad that you tried this recipe. Love Love the photos and I agree they are VERY filling but I love the spicy flavour. Thanks for the gorgeous photos

Gorgeous photos! Those look absolutely delicious. I love the red and yellow peppers for stuffing; they just have a nice sweetness. What a nice dinner.
