Garlic Beets & Turkey Stroganoff

Post by Bergy » Sun Nov 16, 2014 11:04 am

What no Burger????? Just for a change and it was a delicious meal. I served the beets hot. There is a choice to serve them cold, room temp or hot. I cut the carbs way back on the stroganoff.. I used Tofu Pasta and cottage cheese instead of sour cream. Really deliciou meal

Thanks Lee but be warned the stroganoff is loaded with mushrooms and they give a lot to the flavour. Bet you would love the flavour & then take out the mushrooms and feed them to your SO

Looks good. I like the color the beets bring to the meal.

Thanks Dissie. Beets are difficult to photograph, well I find they are. They tend to go very dark, almost black.
