Bergy's Thai Chicken Thighs (breasts)

This was the most delicious thing we have eaten in a while. Bergy, I was looking for things to make today, I wanted to make an asian type thing with my chicken breasts. I found your recipe by searching for recipes using Hoisin sauce. I took liberties with your recipe as I knew you wouldn't mind. Now the sauce, I didn't change at all! OMG it was so delicious! I used chicken breasts instead of thighs. Then I remembered I had a bag of frozen veggies for a stir fry in the freezer, so I added them also. I also doubled the sauce since I was adding more items to the mix. I served it all over rice! This was so delicious. I am happy I added the veggies as it made a complete meal. Hubby asked me 3 times tonight if I had posted a review yet, as the site was down for a while, and I couldn't. He wanted to make sure you knew how great this recipe was. He said please make this again! SOON! Try this folks, its delicious!

You sold me. I dont have hoisin right now; and, just the end of a jar of PB. But, it is on my list for sure. The pics sold me.

Thanks Kim, I am glad you are going to try it. It really is delicious. She doesn't say what type of hot sauce, so I added sriracha, since that is asian. We honestly loved it!
