Denise's Light Chicken and Dumplings

This was quite tasty. I omitted the mushrooms, added a bit of cooked corn and used gluten free all purpose flour. The flour made gray dumplings and gravy so not much color in here, lol.

Chicken and dumplings isn't a very colorful dish anyway. It looks like pure comfort food!
