Meatball Heros

Post by Bergy » Sun Oct 26, 2014 11:32 am

Quick & Tasty.. I had chicken meatballs in the freezer so I used those. Only took minutes to prepare. I will make this again.

Yummy! I adore meatball subs! They are the sub of the month at Subway, footlong meatball, $5. Can't go wrong!

Very nice Bergy! I like #1 and #2 the best.

Thanks KC, Dissie & Bea. I used a Parissien roll and it was very light textured so I had to cut the bun to eat it. I love to hold the bun and eat my burger/sub but lighter carbs Erg!

Mmmm one of my favorites and the kids love them too! I usually use provolone cheese but I might try making them with other cheeses now!

Good job Bergy! The last one is the best of the lot.
We make meatball heroes ( subs ) all the time, I have used hotdog rolla to make small ones.
