I wish I had my recipe!!!

I put this together a few nights ago, didn't write down the recipe as I went and it was so darn good I want to make it again.

It had frozen grape tomatoes that were prviously baked with olive oil & Montreal steak spice, Greek Feta salad dressing, Italian meatballs from the freezer & mushrooms MMMMMMMM I think that's all

Gerry it was KC last year that talked about roasted those surplus tomatoes and so I did just that this year . I am ready to buy some to roast they are so good. I did some with Mango Chipotle, some Montreal steak spice (Mmm) and some Cajun. I only have two packages left.

thx B, they are just so good and easy. You always have them. Check any farmers market; and Mexican markets are usually cheaper too. When I see them, just roast and freeze.
