Great photos Bergy! I like the first for it's clarity and the second for the spill out of the stuffing! Great job!

The pics make it look awesome! Very nice. The peppers get really done? Asking cuz dh always like a crunch to them, so doubt he would like it if they get really cooked. Now me, on the other hand would just love them that way! ;)

Thanks Dissie. I like a crunch too but these get really done. Take yours out ahead of time and pop it back infor 5 just before serving.
