Country Pork Chop Dinner w/ Changes
A week or so ago I made the above mention recipe from a TOH
cookbook. Well, I made it again and it seemed to turn out
a bit better than before. This time I seasoned the chops with
garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Then proceeded with the recipe.
My SO gave it a good solid 4 *'s. So,with that endorsement
I feel it's ready to be posted.
