It has pesto, parm, marinara, etc. Something a bit different. Horseradish red skinned mashed spuds; acorn squash with maple syrup and butter. Easy dinner. The spuds and meatloaf were already made in the freezer.

The spuds don't look very fluffy; because I added some cheese; but, they were definitely good.
I even forgot to add the chives I had all cut up. Oops!
But, thanks. I love making the mini ones for me. Just thaw and reheat; and, perfect size for just 1 person. I get a sandwich too.
