Leftover repeat Turkey dinner

Enough leftovers for another delicious dinner. Only the peas and carrots are plain the rest was the same as the Thanksgiving dinner.

Thanksgiving isn't the same without leftovers. Looks delish!

We call Thanksgiving "Pete" and then there's his little brother "repeat." LOL

I think there are 2 dinners I make which I can eat, day 1, 2, and even a 3rd night.

Thanksgiving and St Patty's Day - Corned Beef and Cabbage. Now, I make turkey often; but, I'm talking the whole dinner like you. It isn't something where I make the whole dinner that often; so, when I do ... I can't get enough of it, lol. Love it!

Sue I like Pete & Mmm repeat. I agree KC when you do the whole thing make enough to have it again. Like you I usually change leftovers but not the turkey
But my favorite is next day turkey, stuffing & cranberry sammies.
