Part 3 The Thanksgiving Dinner
This year I just bought a fresh breast (cost more than a whole bird) because there were just going to be three of us. It turned out so moist and so good. New recipe just posted, also the stuffing and potato recipes are just posted. The do ahead potatos and stuffing turned out easy and good. The glazed carrots and peas are becoming a tradition because I seem to use them often for my holiday meals.

WOW! Bergy, that looks really delicious!! I can't wait for Thanksgiving here in the states. It'll just be the 2 of us, but that way there's not much clean-up. I do miss the big family dinners we used to have at my mom's house, though. Everybody came, and everybody brought something, so my mom didn't have to make everything. Then my aunt would always take the little kids for a walk in the neighborhood so they wouldn't be under foot while clean-up was being done. Good memories.
