Cream Of Chicken Soup Saves The Day

Short story behind the title, I was in the middle
of making a recipe that I found on the web and it called
for heavy whipping cream. The cream that was
on hand had went bad. So you do what you have to do.
And since it turned out pretty well, it will be posted.
The plate color could have been better though.

I love that chicken soup in chicken enchiladas, just about every single time. I joke about cream-o-crap, but I am not above using it. And if crap tastes like that, well, that's just fine. Just like what they say about hot dogs made out of...*oops!*
Well, then I guess those taste pretty good to me. Bring 'em on!!! ;)
And you know I would be using a yellow plate, because I can. *snort*

I think the dish looks delicious. Something I would make. And Sue ... hot dogs. I LOVE THEM! I care less, lol.

I'm certain if you look in my cub boards,you're
going to finda few cans of Cream of Whatever soup.
And as for hot dogs,with boxed M & C made a quick
lunch when my kids were little.

I agree with the sodium ... but, I too use the low sodium; and, I don't use them often. But, I do have a few dishes with them; and, they are always good.
