One pan Beef Stroganoff

A nice comfort food; and, very easy. The noodles cook right in the pan; and, I use a ground chuck or sirloin (coarse ground). Really easy.
I also enjoyed a garden salad; but, nothing special.
Right before the sour cream.

Thx B. The beef cooks much quicker; and less expensive too. Also, use the NO yolk noodles. I add a little wine, for some flavor; but, I suggest regular sour cream or low fat - NO fat free.
It's still isn't healthy; why I don't make it all the time; but, it is always good - just comforting.
I appreciate your comments. I just added the pic to the recipe.

Thx Shapes and Dis, appreciate it as always.
Really easy too. I love a 1 pan dish. And, with the $$ of meat these days, any savings is a good thing.

Looks good!
I remembered how good it looked last night when we stopped to eat out at a vegetarian place that had portobello mushroom stroganoff that had the usual sauce plus big pieces of ports like meat.
So meat isn't really required.

I so agree Sue, this would be a great veggie dish. Just add a mix batch of mushrooms, even some cauliflower might be nice to make it completely veg.
It's just a good comfort food dish. I don't make it often; but, do enjoy it now and then.
