This is a quick and easy sauce with bold delicious flavours. We loved it.

Just a quick photo of the sauce in the pot, I was too hungry to take more pics.

Lee, you can barely taste the anchovies, they offer more of a salty element to the sauce then anything else.

I am a huge anchovy fan. Once cooked, as QB said, are just a salty component. You really can't taste any fish.

I make anchovy butter for a crostini. Just pan sauteed in a little butter, mash with the fork. Surprising, they get a nutty flavor - not fishy.

I bet that sauce is delicious!!

Looks great! Anchovies are salty, not sure why you could hate them? Worcestershire sauce is made of anchovies.

Bea, looks so lovely! I want some of that sauce!
