Looks great Bergy. I differ and like #1 the best! You can really see the burger and the fixings. We all know what a bun looks like! ;)

Burgers are difficult to photograph - they tend to topple over (if they're any good). But you always manage to show how tasty they are, Bergy.

Now I'm curious - what are your "Top 10 Burger Recipes"?

Thanks Diane for your compliments. You know it would be difficult to pick just ten because my list keeps changing I started to make a list for you but honestly there are so many great burgers in my cookbook it wouldn't be fair to omit some by some of my favorite Jazz cooks

What I do if I am not making a new burger I just stroll through my cookbookand say "Oh! Wow I love that one" and then make it again. I have about 20 new ones to post but keep finding new ones to try on Jazz. You will see in many of my reviews -This Burger goes into my top ten
