Just a couple of dinners
Coffee rubbed steak, spuds w/a spicy horseradish ketchup; and, Caprese with my garden lettuce
Leftover pork using a packaged gravy I doctored up with wine, mustard, and shallots; and, roasted cauliflower and broccoli
Smoked sausage sauteed with slaw mix, onion, fennel, etc; leftover potato cakes

Thx B, no real recipes - I've been trying to really use stuff up. Also, a bunch of pantry and spices. With basically just me, I really try to use up stuff on hand.

Re: Just a couple of dinners
Thx guys; pretty much a bit of everything; and, using my pantry, fridge and freezer. But, I was happy; and, I still have 1/2 of the eckridge sausage to grill up for either lunch or dinner; and, steak for a steak sandwich for dinner
It's funny how you can take a pack of gravy and make it good. Even the veggies ... 1/2 frozen, 1/2 fresh. A good flavored oil, roasted; and NOT TOO bad.
Obviously fresh is better; but, sub a few frozen items or short cuts - and you can still have a nice dinner.
