Leftover Squash & Kraut

A couple of things left from the last couple of days. It was a large squash so there were 4 servings.
I used extra kraut because I love it. I didn't mash it with the potato (much as I love it) because I was having the squash - too much starch.
Daylight is nearly gone so here we go with artificial light

Thanks all. Sometimes I enjoy the leftovers as much or more than the original meal
