Oven Fried Shrimp; Warm Corn/Black Beans; Creamy Salsa Verde
Three (3) new recipes. They will be posted today.
Oven fried shrimp; a bit healthier than fried; full of flavor.
A simple sauce of yogurt and Bergy's salsa verde; a splash of lime and hot sauce.
A version of the 'classic' corn and black bean salad, served warm. So easy.
All 3 very easy.

Bergy, I used Salsa Verde recipe to make the sauce. Mixed it with creamy yogurt and sour cream (I would of just used all yogurt; but, didn't have enough), so added some sour cream. A little splash of lime and hot sauce.
It was OH SO GOOD with the shrimp. I am posting that recipe; but, also, refrencing your recipe for the salsa verde too. Seriously good. I still owe you a pic for the sauce, which is on my other camera - hope it is ok?

Thx guys, it really was good. I had some crackers with dip for lunch; so, I wanted to stay away from extra pasta or rice, so this was really nice.
I managed to devour a few more shrimp; they just didn't fit on the plate for the pic.
B, yes; I had just enough of the salsa to make a dip; and, it was delicious. It was good on it's own; but, nice when you have just a bit left, to use in a dip.

Thx
Shapes, they were really good with the dip. Crunchy but tender. I was happy.
