Very tasty attractive dish. Served with fresh asparagus. They got a bit overcooked :( :(

Mmmm - that looks really good. I especially like the finished quiche in the pan, although seeing the crab, onion, and cheese at the start is what caught my attention and made me check out the recipe. Very nice!

Great job Bergy! I like #1 and #3. All oven have some varience in temps so I always watch carefully the first time I make a recipe. This one is saved!

I do like #1, thx Shadows for point that out.
And, he is right with the temps ... I know when I cook a recipe in different ovens; they are NEVER the same.
The pan, oven, amount of ingredients; and even the temp conditions of the house can all influence cooking times.

I always go for domed, puffy, golden and clean knife. I stick my little paring knife right in the center.
It looks very good! Not sure if I ever did a crab quiche but my brain thinks it smells like crab/seafood crepes and I adore those. I may have to try this one after I get moved and settled. :)
