Acadia, I love the focus on the front of the potatoes. I don't know what that technique is called, buts its lovely! You did a good job! Those potatoes look so good! I want to try them!

Your photo made me look at the recipe and that's what these photos are all about. The slight depth of field on the potatoes really shows them off Lovely photo
