Salsa Apple Pork Chop

Post by Bergy » Wed Sep 17, 2014 10:29 am

This is so easy. The only thing I did different was to cut the recipe back to one chop and bake it. I had the oven on so 15 minutes at 375 was just right. I love apple & pork then add salsa & Mmmmm

That's one good looking meal , Bergy. I did spread some more lobster 'shroom pieces around today. I have been doing quite a bit of reading about them, and it seems they are not really easy to propagate....spreading is an "iffy" proposition, but I'm trying. Maybe next years harvest will be abundant, but I'm still counting on more coming up in the next 1 1/2 mos. You've got me revved :D :D

I hope you will get some this year and if not then lots next year. Also check how you can keep them - freeze? As I said cleaning them is the worst part. The video I watched the chef washed them in water then used a cloth to carefully clean out all the crevices. They have quite a bit of dirt on them. Good much Mushroom hunting and growing.
