Still Cooking ...
Just been lots of freezer diving. 9/17
These were my ribs from the freezer I froze before grilling or saucing; so, a simple reheat in foil with a little water and a jazzed up sauce w/apple jelly and chipotle
Basic roasted beets topped w/mustard balsamic vinaigrette; and, a apple celery slaw. Nothing fancy, but a nice dinner.

Thx B. I love beets, and wonder why I don't roast them more often. When I bought the baby back ribs, they were only 1.99 lb; so, I got 2 packs which is 4 slabs; and, cooked them all in the oven. Then, froze them. Decided to then, finish in the oven 1 slab at a time. It worked out really well. They came out beyond tender, so I was happy.

Awesome pics! Love it Kim! Freezer leftovers can be awesome. I was just taking inventory today of my frozen treats. I have 4 bags of ham. WTH? How does that happen? I need to make soup, good thing the weather is changing! Your pics are making me look forward to making wonderful things from my deep freeze!
