Lazy Man's Mexi Golumkis (Cabbage Unrolls) SOUP
Post
by Bergy » Sun Sep 14, 2014 8:07 pm
Well I have made soup from the Cabbage Unrolls and it is a winner. 2 days in the crock Pot with 1 litre Beef broth added. Then some fresh herbs, parsley, basil and spicy oregano. Final touch 2 tablespoons of Franks Hot sauce. Got 10 servings, 8 in the freezer. This will be enjoyed

Well, the main dish was so so; but, the soup sure looks good. Perfect to have on hand. Great job!

Thanks for all the comments -
Yep two days adding this, tasting adding that. It had to have time to break down the ingredients from the unrolls!
We had it for lunch today and it was darn good.
