ImPat's Chicken Paprika

I was looking for something quick and easy to put together for my night shift lunch and this was perfect. A few simple ingredients made for a very tasty chicken breast. I will be making this often. I took a quick pic, poured it all in a plastic container and off to work I went, lol....

Thx Bergy, I find if I pack the regular lunch items like plain old sandwiches I end up cheating and eating the crap they serve at work. So, I take the time to pack stuff I will really enjoy to keep me on track

I agree, I think the broccoli behind the chicken helped to really set off the color of the paprika! Wonderful job on the pic Bea! Just gorgeous!
