Scandinavian Hash (Biksemad)

Good old Biksemad -clean the fridge dinner. Still leftover pork roast, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes from the garden etc etc. I always enjoy it no matter what goes in it. I added a liberalamount of Frank'shot sauce

Thanks Sue, Bea, KC & Lee. I always enjoy this kind of meal. Like Sue said I love the egg on top. The eggs I get are right from the nest, free range chickens too. No couped up egg machine chickens for me.
