Creamy Roasted Ranch Cauliflower by luvretirement

Post by Bergy » Mon Sep 08, 2014 10:49 am

I could make a meal out of this tasty cauliflower recipe. Loved it and it is so easy.
The pork roast is something new from Save-On (local groceery chain) It comes in a sealed plastic bag with the marinade on the roast - you just remove the labels and pop the roast in the bag into a 350f oven for an hour. I am impressed it came out perfect moist & tender.

#2 as well. Looks really delicious. I should cook with cauliflower more often. Not sure why I don't. Looks wonderful. And, the pork looks pretty tasty too!!

Another one for #2! We have used several of the cryro-pac pre-marinated roasts this year ( tenderloin ) and they have been wonderful!

Thanks Dissie I kind of liked #1 too, just the angle or something so very nice that you liked it too.

I agree with many others, that #2 is the best shot. Very nice. Recipe saved because of your photo.

Thanks Diane. I am not one for saucy veggies so the tile put me off a bit- creamy, just how creamy I wondered. It is perfect just enough sauce to keep the cauliflower from being dry from baking and just enough flavour to keep it interesting. Mmmmm loved it.
I hope you enjoy it too!
