Lobster Dinner

Post by Bergy » Tue Sep 02, 2014 11:09 am

It was a holiday and on holidays I like to cook a special dinner - this time Lobster tails. They sure aren't like we used to get them - they are much smaller but then so is my appetite! I baked these with ourr favorite recipe along with smashed potatoes, steamed brussels sprouts and roasted onions.
A feast fit for two lovely seniors!
Onion recipe just posted, photo added to the lobster recipe

I agree - a great looking meal. We often get the danish lobster tails here which are smaller; but, they are great to serve with other sides like you did.

I think that looks delicious! A great holiday dinner

Now that is what I call a meal!! reat photos Bergy!
What is being sold at a lot of places lately as "Lobster Tails " is really South American
"Cray Fish Tails ". The taste is almost the same but the tails are smaller!
