Delicious Dip

I wanted to make a dip to serve with the bacon wrapped mini corn cobs and put this together. The two worked perfectly together and everything was devoured.

Looks really delicious! I keep trying to pull it up, but it keeps coming up as "private or inactive".

Sure looks like chipotles are in there. Sounds delicious. I saw your corn too; another great looking dish.

No chipotles in there Pia but it sure would be a great addition!! This is the list of ingredients.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

I just whisked it all together and refrigerated it for a few hours.
