Gluten Free Chicken and Dumplings

This is one of my favourite comfort foods. Perfect for a cold rainy day. I thought this was going to be a big challenge to make gluten free but turns out it was quite easy. The dumplings are a bit denser because they are made with potatoes but they are more flavourful then the regular dumplings.

What glorius comfort food. The fresh herbs in with the chicken look wonderful and if this chicken could see how he ended up he would have died very happy! Love all the photos

#1 and #4 are just spectacular. Great job. Looks like a truly COMFORT food dinner for sure. Great job!
