Fried Rice

This is my base recipe. This time, I used chicken and shrimp; but, didn't have water chestnuts or bean sprouts. Still good for a 'clean out the fridge' dinner.
Fresh sweet GA peaches for dessert.

Yep; whatever is in your fridge gets used. Mine is always different most of the time.

Thx B. As I said ... it is such a nice way to use up 'stuff' in the fridge. And, you definitely don't have to add every thing - every time. That is the best part.

Thx Dis, I love to make dishes like that too. It's always nice to make a recipe; but, I love to use what I have on hand too.
