First and last Wow I sure like the look of that loin! Beautifully smoked.
Between you and Bea you really make me want to smoke (and I don't mean cigs)!

That looks so good!! The first photo is my favourite, then the plated carved one. I am looking forward to seeing the recipe.

I love all the pics, my mouth was just watering seeing it being smoked. But then seeing it plated, was almost too much! OMG Shadows you may have outdone yourself! Very nice!

You really need to start smoking meat and veggies again Bergy LOL! Nothing beats the flavor!

Yep! I tried cigars but they didn't agree with me, not even cigarellos only menthol cigarettes but I gave them up in 1991.

I would love to try smoking meat & veggies but I am just not fast enough on my feet to run outside and watch whats going on there while I am busy inside. Age does take it's toll.
I sure do enjoy your efforts Lee, and Bea's and KC's BBQing All that gives me a lot of eye candy to enjoy
