Baked Tomatoes, Shrimp, and Feta

After the tomatoes roast ... remove from the oven; add the shrimp, feta, and herbs. Back to the oven to finish.

It looks so tempting Photo #3 really captured me but all of themsold the recipe. I liked the raw one too

Looks good Kim. I roasted some of my too many tomatoes, just delicious taste! Pretty dish!

I just got back from a 5 store marathon shopping spree, lol.
NO rain predicted. But, it is a HURRICANE. Go figure.

Thx, the shrimp is really good. Recipe isn't approved yet, but posted.
Dis, I know you don't like shrimp; but, this would work with scallops or small chicken bites too. Roasted tomatoes are so good. I got mine from my local amish market; so, locally grown.

Kim, its not that I "don't like" shrimp, its an allergy! I love shrimp! Miss it so much!
