Mikekey's Marinade for Roast

I used this with a moose roast and it tasted so good. I marinated it overnight and cooked it in the crock-pot with taters and carrots. DH made a pig of himself so I KNOW he loved it. Left-overs are packed away for his lunch for tomorrow ;)
