You can still tell that it would have been an awesome dinner Bea! Hope you had something else to eat in the wings! It is funny (odd) how time can get away from you...isn't it?

We all post pictures of good looking food - most of us never capture the "oops!". (Happens to all of us) And your photo really captures the char and dryness. I can almost feel the tears of frustration. Nice job!
