Ginger Shredded Brussels Sprouts

Just a little added flavour to the sporouts. I have "upped" the ginger, garlic and onion from the original recipe. Served with bought Tilapia filet.

Just as Lee and his wife,
my SO and I both are non eating Brussels spouts people too.
But those photos do look really good.

Thanks all - I m not a big Sprout fan but I do eat them and this recipe makes them quite good

I really like the sound of this recipe. I love brussels sprouts and am always looking for new ways to make them. Looks delicious!

Thanks Dissie I really upped the ginger etc but we sure enjoyed it
