Tex - Mex Stuffed Zuchini & Teriaki Burger

I froze two Teriaki burger patties last Saturday - if anything the flavour is enhanced after freezing. Lovely combination for a tasty dinner

That is a huge zucchini! I bet that was so good! It made me stop in my tracks and scroll back up to see the stuffing again! Teriyaki burger sounds good too! Very pretty pics!

Bergy, I am going to try your recipe tomorrow, except, I am going to do put it on the grill. This really sounds delicious and helps me use up some ingredients!

Actually it was quite a small Zucchini - I bet you will love it on the grill
