KC's Salmon & Cheeseheads Smashed Potatoes

Kc I do love this recipe - I have made it before and enjoyed it just as much this time. I didn't add this photo as I already have nicely browned photos on the recipe. This time I guess I was a bit light on the topping so they didn't get golden but they tasted just as good. The salmon was wild pink on sale for the give away price of .47 100 g - but then being very cheeky I saw the meat/fish manager and asked him if I could pay to have it filleted -I am a good customer- so he said for anyone else noway but he did it for me at no cost. But that is nerve to ask for that service at that price!

The smashed potatoes I think is a duplicate recipe but I posted a review and photo to it. Love these potatoes.
When I search for smashed potaoes I only get 2 recipes and I know there are others out there - Can anyone list some more?
