Sue's Beer Marinate for Grilling Meat and my Taters
I tagged Sue's http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/beer-m ... -meat-8217 at the billboard game and used it to marinate a boneless 1 1/2 inch thick loin steak for 2 hours.
I grilled it over direct medium-high heat for 4 minutes per side with the lid closed, let it sit for 10 minutes and it turned out lovely.
I served this up with my new recipe http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/potato ... ifry-13547
The taters plated
The steak plated
The entire meal

Thx Lee, that steak was cooked just right for me. Hubby likes his less done, hardly any grill marks the way he usually likes it. I think he leaves it on there a couple of minutes per side. I let him cook his own so he can't tell me I overcooked it, lol.

My motto is: light the grill, show my steak to it and then eat it while everyonelses is cooking! ;)
