Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Post by Bergy » Sat Jul 26, 2014 11:21 am

A local butcher always has acouple of these in the counter and they look so tempting. I thought I would duplicate his. Recipe needs a little adjustment but it was delish. Tenderloin stuffed with hot Italian sausage & parsley. Next time I make it I'll have the recipe down pat. I nearly forgot tosaythat the potato is the first from the garden.

I like that 3rd photo, too!!! The potatoes look like one of the "buttery" varieties. Great job, and the full meal looks SSSSOOOO good!

Thanks Deepster - It worked!! I can't think of the name of the potato variety - It is one of the new (gourmet) types, very firm & very white. Excellent
