I made 6 mini meat loafs a couple of months ago. This was part of one.
Perfect to thaw, slice, and heat up. I had dinner a few weeks ago; then sandwiches the next day.
The other half of that, is going to be used in dinner tonight.
Peas, broccoli, and my vegetable seasoning blend in garlic pepper oil. Simple buttered parsley potatoes on the side.
