Dinner with Bergy and Shapes

Both these recipes are fantastic!!

I made this using gluten free ingredients and thickened the juices with cornstarch and water and it worked perfectly. DH and I both loved this dish.

The first photo of my recipe looks really good. :D
But the second photo is just, WOW !!! :shock:

And after seeing all the photos of the potatoes,
I think I'm going to have to try the recipe. :-BD

The second photograph of the beef and the first of the potatoes are top notch, great job Bea!
