Parm Knots and Salmon based on one of Bea's

We made Dissie's

the veggies are a prepackaged stir fry from the store.

We did not have the stuff Bea used so we subbed cherry preserves and hot pepper oil. The salmon was frozen fillets.

Which ones you want added Dissie?

Wife doubled the garlic in the knots and used fresh grated parm.

Dissie I have smoked salmon with cherry wood before with great results so we figured why not.
