Bea,
The coating on the fish looks
very nice.
Do you think this would work on
tilapia or salmon ?

Re: Pickerel Dinner
Thx Dissie, I was glad I caught some pickerel because I was going to ask our elder (he's always out fishing) for some in exchange for home baked goods, he has a big sweet tooth, lol. DH hasn't been fishing much due to an injury. He is usually out on the river daily and we usually have loads in the freezer by now........Dissie wrote:Looks great Bea! Just put in my summer order with my BIL for how many packs of fish I wanted for freezer, this recipe will work just dandy!

Thx. This would work with any type of fish fillets Lee. It is also good on chicken tenders, nice and light.Chef shapeweaver wrote:Bea,

Thx Lee. No I don't have a lens hood. I don't even know what that looks like, I'll have to google it. I just use the camera, no gear with it. I'm too cheap to invest in that kinda stuff. The camera was a gift from DH, he bought it for me because he saw that I enjoyed taking food photos. Maybe I will throw him a few hints for my Birthday and Xmas.

Love pickerel. Great fish. I'm envious. Sounds and looks delicious.
