Very pretty dish. I think beets are just gorgeous, the color, then the smell! Yum!

I finished the beets with leftover vinegar potatoes (taste even better the second time around) as well as some warmed salmon for my breakfast today.
I am not big on cereal and didn't feel like eggs or fruit. Not much else to choose from in there as my food week draws to a close.
Farm market this afternoon and it starts all over again. :)
