Baked Parsnips with Honey & Orange

I love this recipe it gives such a mellow flavour to the parsnips. Served with green beans and prepared bought butterfly shrimp. Annette is a dear friend and this is her recipe. She doesn't go into recipe sites so gave me permission to post someof her recipes.

This is really nice Bergy. Love the pics, but the recipe sounds just wonderful. We need more parsnip recipes. They are great, but honestly I usually only use them in roasts. Thanks for the tip on how to cook them a diff way.
