Love those little watermelon & feta skewers. Great looking dinner Felix. The grape salad is interesting I'll be giving that a try soon.

Love those watermelon skewers, they look so good. The fish also looks wonderful. Great looking dinner. The grape salad is too sweet for me; but, it is well loved - including my friends who ENJOY it. I'm just not a sweet eater. But, it sounds delicious. And, what a great combo with the fish too. The entire plate looks wonderful.

Thank you! The fish was excellent, and the skewers are amazing! Mom didn't like them (she proclaimed them "weird"), but I love them. Cube of watermelon, fresh basil leaf, cube of feta, fresh basil leaf, cube of watermelon; drizzle with balsamic vinegar. I'm having them for lunch today, too. And I could eat that grape salad every day of my life and die a happy woman. :lol:
