Hot Dog Sauce & Salt and Vinegar Potatoes

Two new recipesthat we loved. I had them private until I made them for a Saturday Night Special
Boiling the potatoes in a mild vinegar combination gets the flavour right through the potatoes - It is mild. The sauce is, IMHO, heavenly. It will be super on a burger too. This morning I am using left over on my eggs

Great pictures!
I just saw somebody else talking about this potato recipe on FB a few days ago. Very popular! I should try it when I buy potatoes again. :)
